Starting from 1997, and in parallel with its banking and financial company, Banque Saradar established Holdings Saradar, a group of companies, upon the initiative of its CEO Mario Saradar.
The idea of the Group's CEO, who was only 30 years old at the time, was to organize the management of the strictly family assets through the establishment of a series of holdings, each of which representing a generation of the Saradar family.
In 2004, the story of Banque Saradar took a decisive turning point. After having reached a new dimension, it was merged with Bank Audi sal and became one of the major shareholders of Bank Audi sal-Groupe Audi Saradar. It is then that Groupe Saradar diversified, through its various holdings and subsidiaries, its investments outside the banking sector and included the financial, real estate, and industrial sectors. Such an initiative is based on the personality of Mario Saradar who, in addition to his solid knowledge of the banking sector, aspires towards more creativity and concrete achievements.
The famous clover-shaped logo was slightly modified: the bank's acronym "BS" evolved into "GS" for the group, but the identity remained intact, and the transition between one institution and the other was gentle and respected their common DNA.
Since the involvement of the family members at all the levels of these holdings consolidates their reliability, the group was able to open up to new investors.
