Groupe Saradar is constituted of three main holdings, distributed among the three generations of heirs, under the label of the Bank's founder, Marius Saradar:
- Holding Mario Saradar SAL, which owns 50% of Holding Joe Saradar SAL, manages the assets of Mario Saradar, the group's CEO.
- Holding Joe Saradar SAL, which itself owns 53% of Marius Saradar Holding SAL, ensures the follow-up of the assets of Joe Saradar's family: his wife Marie-Claude, and his daughters Marielle and Maria Saradar.
- Marius Saradar Holding SAL, ensures the follow-up of the assets of Marius Saradar's family: This holding company owns shares in different real estate projects such as Achrafieh 784 SAL, Hugo 43 SAL, Abdel-Wahab Project 93 SAL, Gemmayzé Village and Société Foncière Saifi 415 SAL. Marius Saradar Holding SAL is also shareholder in Solicar SAL (a paperboard mill) and in Blue Way SAL (a travel agency).
These three Holdings constitute Groupe Saradar, which owns a number of subsidiaries, of which the main ones are:
Saradar Holding SAL, which owns the shares acquired after the merge of Banque Saradar SAL with Bank Audi SAL and is therefore among the largest shareholders of Bank Audi SAL - Audi Saradar Group.
Sarinvest Holding Limited, which is divided among all the group's eligible parties, is a B.V.I. company whose mission is to manage the financial investments of Groupe Saradar.
Immobilière Saradar SAL, which is specialized in real estate investments, purchases and sells real estate properties in Lebanon and abroad.
Cedrar SAL, owned at 45% by Marius Saradar Holding SAL, is a real estate company that has acquired real estate properties in the Cedars region in order to develop a large-scale real estate project in this winter sports station located in North Lebanon.
Conseil et Gestion Immobilière SAL is active in the real estate sector, providing advisory services, and most of all putting together investment and development projects, including: Identifying, structuring and managing real estate private equity investments, raising equity...
Sports Company SAL promotes sports in general and more specifically at the level of the young Lebanese.
S Signature SAL is a lifestyle management company which offers exclusive Concierge services to its Corporate and individual members.
